RETURNS & WARRANTIES


- Solutions -

Care must be taken to store your solutions in the correct conditions. Solutions will last 6 months or more if stored in refridgerated conditions - 3 months if left at 'room temperature' ( 25 Degrees Celcius ).


Please | CONTACT US | if you have any problems with your solution inside this time frame. Refunds / Replacements will not be issued if solution is more than 3 months old (Batch ID # on the back of the bottle is required for date confirmation).

 

All solutions batches are tested for efficacy before dispatch.

 

 

 

- Equipment -

All ROXTAN machines (gun excluded) come with a 12 month warranty from date of purchase. A 90 day warranty applies to the gun (due to varying degrees of customer cleaning competancies).


The warranty extends only to genuine compressor faults and does not cover 'change of mind' returns or misuse.

 

A 90 day warranty extends to all other items.


 

Conditons of return:

  1. The fault must not be due to physical damage or impact damage.
  2. Evidence of improper cleaning of the StudioPRO gun will void the gun's warranty.
  3. Please ensure you have checked the front of the guns nozzle and pushed a pin through this nozzle to clear any bronzer build up. Returns due to clogged guns will incurr the postage costs to and from the customer.

 

Return Process:

  1. Call or Email us to initiate the return.
  2. Post the item back to the ROXTAN warehouse.
  3. We will assess the fault and endeavor to fix the fault.
  4. If the fault is deemed unrepairable a replacement will be ordered.


Note:

Warranties do not extend to products not listed herein.

 

Postage costs incurred to the ROXTAN warehouse are at the customers expense.

 

Change of mind returns are not acceptable unless the item is unused and still in it's original packaging. A 30% restocking fee (excluding postage) will result for all returns which are deemed not faulty and being returned due to change of mind.
