All items are given ‘AUTHORITY TO LEAVE‘.
If you will not be home to accept delivery, please ensure the address is in a safe location to leave the item.
If in any doubt – please provide a work / business address. No responsibility is taken for stolen goods being left at the address you provide.
Additional charges apply if you require signature upon delivery. Please contact us prior to purchase if signature is required.
Any re-delivery fees due to non-compliance with the above will be charged to the purchaser.
Damage in transit must be noted on the day of delivery as we have a finite time (7 days) to make claims with the courier for this damage. (Photo evidence of the damage must be provided.)
PO Box / Parcel Lockers (Australia Post):
Please note we use Express Couriers to deliver our items (Fastway Couriers / Direct Freight Express). Hence we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
Please ensure you provide a residential / business address at checkout.

Orders before 12pm (AEST) are generally dispatched that day, however this can vary depending on workload. Busy periods may require 1 business day before we can dispatch your order.

– Solutions –
Care must be taken to store your solutions in the correct conditions. Solutions will last 6 months or more if stored in refrigerated conditions – 3 months if left at ‘room temperature’ ( 25 Degrees Celsius ).
Please | CONTACT US | if you have any problems with your solution inside this time frame. Refunds can not be issued for solution due to storage times resulting in less that fresh solution unable to be re-sold.
All solutions batches are tested for efficacy before dispatch.
– Equipment –
All ROXTAN machines (gun & hose excluded) come with a 12 month warranty from date of purchase. A 90 day warranty applies to the gun & hose.
The warranty extends only to genuine compressor faults and does not cover ‘change of mind’ returns or misuse.
A 90 day warranty extends to all other items.
Conditons of return:
- The fault must not be due to physical damage or impact damage.
- Evidence of improper cleaning of the StudioPRO gun will void the gun’s warranty.
- Please ensure you have checked the front of the guns nozzle and pushed a pin through this nozzle to clear any bronzer build up. Returns due to clogged guns will incur the postage costs to and from the customer.
- Call or Email us to initiate the return.
- Post the item back to the ROXTAN warehouse.
- We will assess the fault and endeavour to fix the fault.
- If the fault is deemed irreparable a replacement will be ordered.
Warranties do not extend to products not listed herein.
Postage costs incurred to the ROXTAN warehouse are at the customers expense.
Change of mind returns are not acceptable unless the item is unused and still in it’s original packaging. A 30% restocking fee (excluding postage) will result for all returns which are deemed not faulty and being returned due to change of mind.
